As an experienced physiotherapist my exercises typically involve a series of controlled, low-impact movements that focus on strengthening and stretching the body, with an emphasis on the core muscles. The Reformer provides a variety of resistance levels, which can be adjusted to accommodate different levels of strength and flexibility.
